The Organization is managed by Mr. Madan Singh & a team of highly Qualifiled Professionals. Mr Singh is himself B.Tech.+MBA-HR with more than 2 decades of innovative experience in ISO 9000/14000, HR, Industrial Engg.,Manufacturing . He is one of the very few NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) approved QMS Consultant (Registration no.CC99 092) and also Lead Assessor of ISO 9000 (QMS) & ISO 14000 (EMS). Before starting his own consultancy he worked in various large & professional organizations (TISCO /Birla) in as Head HR ,GM-Works, Manager -Industrial Engineering &TQM and has a very versatile knowledge and experience of all depts of various industries.

During the employment he has been credited with implementation of various tools and techniques which resulted in savings of crores of rupees in the organizations. During the consultancy his focus has always been on Continual Improvement, Customer Satisfaction, System Integration and Profit and Prestige for the organization.
